Importing your data

Rabah360 supports importing member data from CSV files and directly from other church management platforms including Breeze, Planning Center, Elvanto, and Church Community Builder.

To import from a CSV file, navigate to Settings and then Data Import. Download our template spreadsheet to see the expected format. At minimum, you need first name and last name columns. Additional fields like email, phone, address, and family relationships can be included as well.

For direct migrations from another ChMS, contact our support team. We will walk you through the export process from your current platform and handle the import on our end — at no extra cost. Most migrations are completed within one business day.

After import, review your member list to verify that data came through correctly. Family relationships, group memberships, and giving history can all be imported depending on your source platform.
