Account and Billing

Go to Settings, then Billing. You will see your current plan and options to upgrade or downgrade. Changes take effect immediately. If you downgrade, you will retain access to your current plan features until the end of your billing cycle.

Navigate to Settings, then Billing, and click 'Cancel subscription.' Your account will remain active until the end of your current billing period. You can reactivate at any time. Your data is retained for 90 days after cancellation.

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express). Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not currently support invoicing or bank transfers for individual accounts.

If you are within the first 30 days of a paid subscription and are not satisfied, contact our support team for a full refund. After 30 days, we offer prorated refunds on a case-by-case basis.

Our pricing is already designed to be affordable for churches of all sizes. We do not offer additional discounts, but we do offer a free 14-day trial so you can evaluate the platform before committing.

Members and Data

Go to Settings, then Data Import. You can upload a CSV file or request a direct migration from Breeze, Planning Center, Elvanto, or Church Community Builder. Our team handles direct migrations at no extra cost — just reach out through the contact form.

Yes. Navigate to Settings, then Data Export. You can export your full member directory, giving records, attendance history, and group rosters as CSV files. Your data belongs to you and you can export it at any time.

Open one of the duplicate profiles and click 'Merge with another member.' Search for the other record, review the combined data, and confirm the merge. The system will combine all attendance, giving, and group history into a single profile.

Limits depend on your plan. Starter supports up to 100 members, Growth supports up to 500, and Church supports unlimited members. If you approach your limit, you will receive a notification with upgrade options.

Check-in

The kiosk works on any device with a modern web browser — iPads, Android tablets, laptops, or touchscreen monitors. For the best experience, we recommend a 10-inch or larger tablet mounted at a comfortable height.

Yes. The kiosk caches your member directory locally. If your internet connection drops during a service, check-ins are stored on the device and synced automatically when the connection returns.

Go to Check-in Settings, then Name Tags. Connect a compatible label printer (we support DYMO and Brother QL series). Customize your name tag template with the fields you want — name, allergies, parent pickup code, and more.

Yes. The kiosk and staff check-in both have a 'New visitor' option. Enter basic information (name, email, phone) and the visitor is checked in and added to your directory as a visitor. You can convert them to a full member later.

Communications

Starter plans include 1,000 emails per month. Growth plans include 5,000. Church plans include 20,000. If you need more, contact us and we can discuss options for your church.

SMS is available on Growth and Church plans. Messages are sent through our integrated SMS provider. Standard messaging rates apply and are billed separately based on volume.

When composing a message, click 'Select recipients' and use filters to narrow your audience. You can filter by group membership, attendance frequency, giving status, custom tags, age, and more. Save frequently used segments for quick access.

Yes. Every email includes an unsubscribe link. Members who unsubscribe will not receive future mass emails but will still receive transactional messages like giving receipts and account notifications.

AI Features

Every Monday morning, Rabah360 compiles a summary of the previous week — attendance highlights, new visitors, giving trends, and upcoming events — and emails it to your leadership team. You can customize who receives it and what data is included in Settings, then AI Features.

The alerts are based on patterns in attendance, giving, and group participation data. They are designed to surface potential concerns early, not to make definitive judgments. Think of them as a helpful nudge to check in on someone, not a diagnosis.

Absolutely. AI drafts are always presented as suggestions. You review the text, edit anything you want to change, and only send when you are satisfied. The AI learns from your edits over time to better match your church's voice.

No. Your church's data is never used to train external AI models. AI features in Rabah360 use your data only to generate insights and content for your church. Your data stays private and is never shared.

Security and Privacy

All data is encrypted at rest using AES-256 encryption and in transit using TLS 1.3. We use bank-level security practices, conduct regular third-party security audits, and maintain SOC 2 compliance.

Data is stored in secure, SOC 2 compliant data centers in the United States. We use redundant storage with automatic backups to ensure your data is always safe and recoverable.

Only team members you invite can access your data, and only within the permissions of their assigned role. Rabah360 support staff may access your account data only with your explicit permission during a support request.

Your data is retained for 90 days after cancellation. During this period, you can reactivate your account and everything will be as you left it. After 90 days, data is permanently deleted. You can export all your data at any time before or during this period.

Technical and Setup

Rabah360 works on all modern browsers — Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge. We recommend keeping your browser updated to the latest version for the best experience.

Rabah360 is a web application that works on any device with a browser. It is fully responsive and optimized for mobile use. You can add it to your home screen on iOS or Android for an app-like experience.

Yes. Rabah360 supports concurrent users. Your entire team can be logged in and working simultaneously without conflicts. Changes are synced in real time across all sessions.

Click 'Forgot password' on the login page and enter your email address. You will receive a password reset link within a few minutes. If you do not see it, check your spam folder or contact support.
